About the Festival
The event will bring together a wonderful array of well over 90 stands to explore, including inspiring arts and crafts, music to relax to, essential oils and essences, fair trade goods, health and beauty products, jewellery, clothing, self-help books and more. There will also be therapies to try and advice to improve health and well being.
What's On Over the Weekend
What is very exciting is that included in the entry fee is a full programme of free talks covering a range of topics, featuring talented speakers. From Biodanza and shamanic drumming to the art of mindfulness, from crystal therapy to acupuncture and sound therapy, from yoga to meditation, there is something for everyone over the weekend.
Elaine says, 'We all need a little bit of inspiration, relaxation, fun and time-out from our busy lives and this weekend ticks all those boxes and more. I look forward to seeing you there for a fantastic weekend.'
A fantastic Event for Bristol
Bristol Holistic Festival is set to return to the M Shed, alongside the floating harbour in the heart of the city's docklands on April 21st and 22nd. With its fantastic exhibition space opening its door to a vast range of health and well being stands, as well as bright and colourful stands offering a wide range of things to capture your imagination, there really is something for everyone.
Elaine Fenton, a Bristol girl by birth, and organiser of several successful festivals of this kind in the UK, is looking forward to returning to her home town once again to bring together an inspirational holistic event for people of all ages. Over 900 attended last year. and public response was overwhelmingly positive. 'I couldn't have wished for a better launch' Elaine said, 'And I'm incredibly excited about building on last year's success.'
Children's Can Have Fun Too
It isn't just the grown ups who can enjoy all the wonderful things happening at the event. Very shortly the children's programme will be available, and will include activities specially geared for our young ones, including reiki and meditation sessions, learning about crystals, and some magical craft sessions too.
