How to Play the Native American Flute with Cloudsong

I have always drawn to the Native American culture from a young boy due to its relationship to nature, I witnessed how living with nature you grow to have so much of an understanding with it - you become part of it. Having a natural instinct for making items from the Native American's way of life and sharing them world wide, the Flute was a continuation of a path for me to follow, and so I taught myself how to play.

By way of thinking from the heart and being a visionary I have become a conduit in feeling the emotions that appear before me. Please join me for this workshop as I share my gifts and understanding of this beautiful instrument with you.

Owning Your Extra Ordinary with British Actor, Model and Health and Well Being Author Tommy Hatto

From struggling with low self-esteem and facing continued rejection from peers to becoming one of Hollywood’s rising young stars, Tommy’s courage and determination has inspired many people to start believing in themselves and taking action. This 45 minute self-empowerment talk will aim to change people’s lives for the better. Listeners can learn how to accomplish their
goals, overcome self-doubt and start loving the skin they’re in.

Tommy Hatto is a British actor, who rose to prominence after being cast in a small role in the Marvel blockbuster ‘Thor 2: The Dark World’. Following his film debut, Tommy has gone on to work with the likes of Hollywood superstars Samuel L Jackson, Jennifer Lopez and Kevin Costner. Tommy has also modelled globally for renowned brands such as Rayban and GQ. He is set to release his first book entitled ‘In This Skin’: a poignant conversation and self-reflection on body confidence, self-esteem and health.

Of the book, Tommy says ‘We should all want to strive to be the best version of ourselves. We need good food to function and feel powerful, we should exercise to be strong and feel indestructible. We should use our words and thoughts to empower others as well as ourselves. I guess the motivation for writing this book is if there are people out there, even one person, who is encouraged by something I say then that’s a good thing.’

Laughter Meditation with Joe Hoare

A gentle embodied relaxing approach to laughter yoga and laughter meditation.
Oprah wrote: "Laughter Yoga combines laughter with yogic breathing exercises. It is a perfect way to laugh and get exercise at the same time. It approaches laughter as a body exercise so it's easy to laugh even if you're depressed or in a bad mood.
Last year I highlighted Laughter Yoga on my TV program. I've tried it, and it works."

My own personal wake-up changed my life forever, in one ripping instant. I realised from that spiritual catharsis that my life was one of service, and all my endeavours have been directed to that end ever since (1991). Even in the most corporate team-building and conference environments my agenda has always included encouraging people to connect with their good-natured, creative individuality and perform better not just for themselves but for a bigger picture for the good of all. And it works.

Following that thread, my personal development work is about empowerment: helping people wake up, come alive, be the best they can be, and enjoy the ride. Because this enjoyment is contagious, it gives others permission to enjoy the ride too. It stimulates qualities like connection & kindness, and its ultimate effect is to enhance people's experience of being alive, for the benefit of all.

I do this through courses, workshops, Retreats and one-to-one sessions. I do it however it works best, and find that the right people always attend the right session.

Professionally I have been running meetings, delivering conference sessions and providing workshops for over 30 years. My clients range from the international blue-chip companies (such as Kraft, Bank of Ireland, Novo Nordisk, Lloyds, Continental Airlines), to universities and colleges (including Bristol, Dundee, U.W.E, Cheltenham Science Festival), to charities and the Healthcare sector (Housing Associations, the NHS, Oxfam, NACTHPC, and others), and to the very experiential end of the spectrum like Glastonbury Festival.

In 2006 I set up the UK's Laughter Facilitation course, to teach others how to use this material. In 2000 I co-authored 'The Holistic Workspace', and in 2013 'Awakening the Laughing Buddha within' with the Barefoot Doctor.

Group Sound Healing Journey with Belén Prado

This sound healing session is designed to take you to a state of deep relaxation which allows the body to restore its natural frequencies. By taking people to a relaxed and calm state, we are allowing their self-healing mechanisms to be activated, with the possibility of recovering health if this state is maintained long enough. During the session you will listen to several instruments such as singing bowls, bells, koshi chimes, Native American flutes, shamanic drum and voice.

Belén Prado a sound therapist, a Native American flute teacher and a wellbeing coach. She also believes in the importance of connecting with nature for healing and she organises community activities with this aim. She has been playing the Native American flute for over 8 years and she could experience the beneficial effects of it. Her interest for the healing potential of sound grew when she started to play the flute at sound journeys and meditation sessions in Bristol, and she finally decided to train as sound therapy. She also gives one to one sessions where she mainly uses tuning forks, a powerful tool that fascinates her. You will find more information at her website: www.natural-tuning.com. "

Belén will be joined by sound therapist Karolina Wysocka www.soundoflife.co.uk
