A Fantastic Event for Bristol
Bristol Holistic Festival is set to return to the M Shed, alongside the floating harbour in the heart of the city's docklands on April 21st and 22nd. With its fantastic exhibition space opening its door to a vast range of health and well being stands, as well as bright and colourful stands offering a wide range of things to capture your imagination, there really is something for everyone.
Elaine Fenton, a Bristol girl by birth, and organiser of several successful festivals of this kind in the UK, is looking forward to returning to her home town once again to bring together an inspirational holistic event for people of all ages. Over 900 attended last year. and public response was overwhelmingly positive. 'I couldn't have wished for a better launch' Elaine said, 'And I'm incredibly excited about building on last year's success.'
About the Festival
The event will bring together a wonderful array of around 90 stands to explore, including inspiring arts and crafts, music to relax to, essential oils and essences, fair trade goods, health and beauty products, jewellery, clothing, self-help books and more. There will also be therapies to try and advice to improve health and well being.
What's On Over the Weekend
What is very exciting is that included in the entry fee is a full programme of free talks covering a range of topics, featuring talented speakers. From Biodanza and shamanic drumming to the art of mindfulness, from crystal therapy to mindfulness and sound therapy, from yoga to meditation, there is something for everyone over the weekend.
